Hm, this seems to be the dead-est blog i have ever seen.
Its llike the 123456789 years after my last post.
yea, i'm back because i'm bored of my working life.
yes, my last post was about studying and the next, working.
working as a CSO seems to be a fun job at the beginning, but as days gets along,
you seem to feel that the job ain't that interesting after all.
you get sick and tired of repeating the same few words for each call,
just as how a robot works.
sometimes, i just wonder, why not they just invent their own robots?
save money on the salary of 15 cheap labour CSO workers.
hm, i just said cheap labour? gee.
as most of us pass the test, we start to find enjoyment in the job
when we race to pick up calls.
we compete with one another and see who gets the call and sales.
the enjoyment and satisfaction comes only when you get the call,
and the others have to dissapointedly replace the phone set.
then is when i feel that the job is worth my time.
but this hardly ever happens.
what we do everyday is to call out, call out, and call out.
that's all.
repeating the same few words 300 over times a day is no big deal,
but repeating it 1500(estimated) times a week can be boring.
coming on the to end of the 3rd week,
its certainly getting on my nerves.
i'm starting to dread going to that cold cold office, picking up that phone,
listening to customer slam their phone down and still say,
thank you very much for your time.
it sucks.
it does.
just got chided off by a customer today.
shall not rattle.
am fustrated by her and her idiotic attitude.
Pissed off, but said sorry.
what can i do?
upset that i can tell no one about my fustration,
upset that there's no one to listen to my troubles,
upset that i'm losing my interest for my work,
upset that my life did not turn out the way i wanted,
upset that everytime is going wrong.
i'm missing him again.
