its saturday today and i was back at work this morning till aftnn 2.30pm.
we have to start working on sat starting today because its the 'peak' period.
Peak, yes.
how peak can it get when the phone rings barely twice per hour
and we were not allow to pick up calls?
so, going back was just to go back being a robot and say,
"good morning, may i speak to xxxx?
hi xxxx, i'm calling from (______) and my name is yunice. Just want to check with you,
for the coming Chinese new year,
would your company be interested in ordering any hampers?"
and to be faced with, NONONONONO. no thanks. *slam phone*
The phone rings for an average of 30 seconds and the convo ends in 20 seconds.
someone who ace their math please tell me if
its proportional?
today was worst.
not only did the phone not ring,
rarely do people pick up the phone even when we call out today.
Is saturday really a day when people dont pick up calls?!
i'm getting sick of hearing the ringing sound in my ear.
i'm sick of listening to customer's tired voice.
Cant the just perk up alittle when faced with a call from companies like us with
pathetic sales people like us?
sad.
sad.
sad.
sad.
sad.
